Shaq was the original Superman in Orlando and now as they’re trying to keep ahold of the 2nd coming of this superhero it seems they’re slowly losing hold. This town has been the landing spot for 3 of the NBA’s biggest stars and we’re not talking just about size. Penny Hardaway honed his skills in the happiest city on earth from 1993 to 1999 and cemented his place in basketball history. At the same time he was making a name in the NBA world he was also gaining fame in the sneaker community with the release of his famous Nike Air Penny line. It’s been years since we’ve seen something new from this line and now, this November we’ll see the Nike Air Penny V debut. We’ve got word that the ‘Orlando Magic’ Penny 5 will be the first to release but an exact date is yet to be confirmed. Stay tuned to SneakerBomb as we await a confirmation from Nike.
