Michael Jordan is the greatest player to ever wear the number ‘23’ (yes, he was better than LeBron) and now for the 23rd anniversary of the fifth model in the Air Jordan line, JB will celebrate by releasing one of the brands greatest colorways ever. We’ve seen rumors fly about a possible Grape/Lany pack but now it’s been confirmed that the Air Jordan 5 ‘Grape’ will drop as a solo release in 2013. The last time we saw this coveted colorway was back in 2006 and now with the confirmed second retro we’re hoping that these stay true to their OG form. Photos below are of the last release, sound off in the comment section to let us know how excited you are to see the Grape Jordan 5 return.
